Separate controls for these pseudo-classes would allow for greater styling control versus the current “Interaction” option.

I’d take this a step further and say you should be able to style based on the window scroll percentage, a certain backend condition is met (similar to hiding the element based on a condition), and a JS event has been fired. I have it partially worked out in my head. Basically any CSS control field would show up in a popover recreating the element inspector control area, but for a particular type of event. Pro 6.5 is going to be mostly QOL stuff at this point and a few secret features, but would love to start this around this time.
