Feature request - More control with background images

It would be awesome if there was more control over background images on different breakpoints.

For example, on a desktop you could set it to size: 100% , and position bottom.

Then on a mobile have it 50% and top.

I love how there is this freedom with other elements, and I end up using divs as backgrounds sometimes, so I have more control. It would be great to have these options for the background images.
