Feature request: Add simple option to add "background-attachment:fixed" to a background image

Yes, I know we can add in custom CSS (and this is what I have been doing), but it would be so much quicker/easier if you would add a checkbox to the background image option (like you have an option for parallax) that would make the background fixed.
