Feature post layout - Removing the category and date above the title

Hi!
When I set the Index Featured Post Layout to ON and the Index Featured Post Size to BIG on a post, on the index page, it will show the category /the date it was published above the Post title and the View Post button. Is there a way to remove the category/date appearing there?

Thank you!

Hi There,

Yes, we can use custom CSS to hide it. See this screencast on how to get the correct selector: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbjFlIls4W

    display: none;
}```
We add the class featured as filter. Using just the **span.featured-meta** selector also hides the category and date of the post on the slider. We need the class featured to be more specific.

Use that guide for inspecting element for more CSS design issues.

Hope this helps.
