Feature not working in Mobile

One of the features of my website works on desktop but not in mobile. When I change the theme to any other theme - it works on both mobile and desktop.

Summary

To see the feature/issue -

1. Login to dev.mangtum.com with userid - Tina and Password - AnnaMassiDham
2. Click on Setting.
3. Under Settings are different tabs - Store, Payment, Branding etc.
4. In Desktop I can click on any of these tabs and it opens that the content of that tab below. But in Mobile, I cannot click between the tabs and open them below.
5. When I change to Storefront theme, the issue in Mobile goes away.

Thank you for writing in, regretfully, we cannot provide support for third-party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X or Pro will need to be directed to the original developer.

But this is not a Plugin problem. This feature of Plugin works with all other themes. I have tried with Storefront, twenty-nineteen and few others, it just does not work with Theme Pro and Pro-Child. I have done extensive testing to isolate this, it is clearly a Theme issue.

Hi @Mangtum,

It would be best to first get in touch with the plugin author first since Pro usually works seamlessly with plugins as long as they are coded using the latest Wordpress standards. Kindly have the plugin author check then let us know if there’s anything they want us to look into on our end which is causing the conflict.
