Feature List Not Formatting Property After Clearing Cache

Hi, I’ve noticed my pages with classic feature lists are not formatted properly. Feature text is bumped down below the icon and overlapping the dotted line that separates icons. I searched the forum for similar topics and most were resolved by clearing the cache. I’ve cleared the cache using three different browsers and formatting is still not displaying properly. I’m sending a link to a page that shows the issue. X installed version 5.2.2. Cornerstone 2.1.7.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try updating your X theme to v5.2.5 and then purge your server cache if you’re using any plugins before testing your site again.

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. Your suggestion, purging the server cache, worked for the one page I was looking at. Unfortunately now, the update has removed the color and size formatting from all of my page headlines. I am attaching before and afters of what the headline looked like before the server purge. I hope I am not going to have to manually update the headlines on over 200 pages. Your feedback is appreciated. I am sending a live link so you can see if the headline is formatted properly or not.

Hi There,

Looks like it is properly formatted on my end (https://prnt.sc/hm8m4t), please clear your browser’s cache.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, that page is formatted properly, because I manually edited it. It’s the other 200+ pages that have the formatting messed up for all headlines at the top of the page and headlines above individual colored blocks. I am sending a few other examples: One, Two, Three. Thanks for any feedback you can provide.

Thank you.

See below.

Hi there,

The details doesn’t seem to work. What is the hostname for the FTP?

Thank you.

Summary

Can you please try 104.130.172.177.

Hi there,

Thanks for providing the details.

I have checked the pages and they seem to be working fine now.

Kindly try to check on your end and do a hard refresh CTRL F5.

Let us know how it goes.

Summary

Does that hard refresh work on a Mac? Thanks for your feedback, Jade.

It should be ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R for Mac.

You’re welcome.
