Feature image pixelated / blurry

Hi, I’ve looked at the previous questions regarding this topic, but the answers haven’t fixed my issue.

My featured image on posts looks pixelated in the preview, on the news page it shows properly, but when the link is shared on social media, the image is pixelated.

Please advise - thank you
