Feature image alignment with text

Hi

The padding and margin not working in X pro editor to align the feature image with the text.
How to solve this problem.

I try to remove the content margin in the PRO editor it just work on the editor preview and the text becomes aligned. When i check the post on the website it is still shifted in spite of deleting the cache.
plz help
