On my browser (Chrome), the page tab shows the logo instead of the favicon. I’ve cleared cache, I’ve re-uploaded several times. I’ve used both .png and .ico files…nothing works. It keeps showing the logo (left) instead of the favicon (right). The page on the right is using a different theme.
Could you please add your site link and login information on a secure note so that we can check?
Best regards.
Hi there,
Please try again, it’s showing the right favicon.
Try a different browser or private mode if this is not working for you yet.
Best regards.
Thanks. Seems to be working now (did you do anything…or is that just how it appeared?)
I reinserted the icon url, that worked!
Best regards.
