Hello,

For some reason when I try to change the favicon within the customizer --> site icon, it does not work.

I have been trying to change the favicon to this image: http://www.paulgravette.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/favicon_pg.png

Thanks,

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, your icon immediately work on my end though. Please clear all your caching plugin/feature that your site might have, including your browser’s cache.

Cheers!

Hi There,

Are you using any caching plugins? If so, try purging your server cache.

Is that does not help, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Thanks!
