Favicon background not transparent

Is this an issue with X or with Wordpress? My PNG file has my site icon on a transparent background, but despite importing it and specifcying a transparent HEX value (#00000000) for example, it still shows a white background in the browser (chrome)

Thanks for posting in.

It’s not, it’s related on how you generated your image/favicon. I recommend contacting someone that’s familiar with favicon. I can’t provide any recommendation as I don’t know the cause, I can’t even check it :slight_smile:
