Favicon and Custom CSS

I have already submitted a ticket/topic about TOPBAR and Breadcrumbs problem… but I would also like to know where I can add the code for Favicon and Custom Css

Thanks for reaching out.
The favicon can be added only from the Appearance > Customize > Site Identity. Please find the screenshot describing the settings.

And you can add the custom CSS code into the Theme Options > CSS, please find the screenshot describing the settings.
