Fatal Error with Cornerstone

Just downloaded the site, had to manually install Cornerstone, did and then get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cs_generate_data_attributes() (previously declared in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/midsummerscreamblog/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/tco-video-lock/functions/includes/cs/helpers.php:4) in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/midsummerscreamblog/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/helpers.php on line 179

Unfortunately, I can’t check it since it’s in your local. But based on the error, there is a conflict. But please deactivate your Video Lock plugin and activate your cornerstone, then activate your video lock plugin again.

The video lock will declare the function cs_generate_data_attributes if it’s not available which usually, present in the cornerstone. This only means your cornerstone is deactivated which made the video lock redeclare it by its own.
