Fatal Error When Trying To Access Content Dock

hi guys

when trying to access content dock from wordpress panel is giving me this message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in …

is this something i can fix myself ?

after reading some other threads i see i am also on a shared/reseller hosting plan. is this an issue my host should fix or is my plan pretty limited?

i could fix it and make it run by disabling slider rev but isnt the best option. is still a way to increase memory and make both work?

Please contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
