Hi Pedro,

Thank you for writing in, I assume you have the issue on that site below, even though I don’t see the Fatal Error on the site at the moment, I don’t see the Cornerstone being active on that site. You might have updated the X theme recently and not Cornerstone, please reinstall Cornerstone on your site it should be version 5.3.3.

Cornerstone Installation

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

After you install Cornerstone and if the fatal error is back, please do the following:

1.) Testing for Plugin Conflict
2.) Clearing and Disabling Cache plugin/features

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

Hey @pedrocarneiro,

Please try temporarily downgrading the PHP version below version 7 or upgrading PHP to 7.4 and see if the error goes away. I’ve posted the error in our issue tracker to be queued for investigation.
