Hello,

I updated cornerstone and now get this error when trying to view my site (below). :pensive:
I cannot get into the admin side of my WordPress site either, get a similar message… I’m at a loss!!!
What options do I have to get things back up and running?

I did a backup of my site using Updraft plus before updating cornerstone but have no access to the plugin as I’m unable to get into WordPress…

Sorry to hear that you’re having this issue, this is a known issue with PHP versions below version 7.4 (WordPress recommended). Please contact your web host to upgrade your PHP version to 7.4.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

Hi friech,

Just a couple little problems left.

My social media icons in the header and footer have vanished from chrome but still, show in safari since having the php updated. Is there a quick fix for this?
The menu button on my mobile site doesn’t function anymore?

I have cleared the page cache but still nothing in chrome.

Hello Terry,

I have checked your site in the iPhone 7 plus on the Safari browser, it seems that the social icons and menu are working fine at my end. Please have a look at the screen recording given in the secure note. It might be the issue of browser cache at your end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. If the issue still persists please let us know.
