There has been a critical error on this website.

Hello @a4econs,

Thanks for writing to us.

As per your given error, it seems that there is an issue with the child theme, I would suggest you please deactivate the child theme and activate the parent theme and then check it again. If the issue still persists after activating the parent theme(X theme) I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Please note we don’t provide customized child theme support. It is out of the support scope. In case you want the child theme I would suggest you please contact a developer who can assist you with your concerns or you can subscribe to One where customization questions are answered.

Hope it helps
Thanks for understanding.
