Fatal Error Cornerstone Preserver

Hi,

My website www.stixdrinks.com is showing the following message:

Fatal error : Cannot declare class Cornerstone_Shortcode_Preserver, because the name is already in use in /home/customer/www/stixdrinks.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/classic/utility/class-shortcode-preserver.php on line 8

We had issues on the website and backed up all Files and Documentation from a few days before on the server.

Please can someone help with this?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Cornerstone has been already installed as an individual plugin or any plugin that has the class in the same name. I would suggest you remove the Pro temporarily through the FTP/CPanel and deactivate all the plugins and install the Pro once again and check if that resolves your problem. If so, please activate the plugin one by one to recognize the exact plugin which conflicts with it, and delete or rename the same through the FTP/CPanel.

It will not affect your website. Alternatively, you can take a backup of your website before doing it.
