Fatal Error Cornerstone header name already in use

I cannot access the front end of the website! All X Theme Sites are breaking, after upgrading. One of my Pro sites returns the following error even after restoring a backup!

Fatal error : Cannot declare class Cornerstone_Header, because the name is already in use in /home/c4dmark7/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/regions/class-header.php on line 3
