That’s the message with Cornerstone disabled, it finds a problem in Framework. When I have cornerstone activated I get the message below. Php is 8.0, have updated file limit to 150MB, caches deleted, not sure what else I can do…

Hi @gavclarke,

This is one of the issues we encountered with the PHP version lesser than 7.4 and has been already resolved. I would suggest you downgrade the PHP version to 7.4 and check if that resolves your issue. If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel credential for file access

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hello @gavclarke,

Thanks for sharing the login details I went ahead and checked your site it seems that you are using the PHP 7.0.33 version. I would suggest you please upgrade your server PHP version to 7.4 or 7.4+ as per our version compatibility page. It is also recommended by WordPress as well. Please have a look at this article.

I would suggest you please contact your hosting provider to update the server PHP version. If the issue still persists after upgrading the PHP version please let us know.

Thanks

Hello @gavclarke

It seems that there is an issue with a permalink. I would suggest you, please reset the permalink. I would suggest you set the permalink to Plain and then set it to Post name. If it doesn’t work for you please share your login details in the secure note.

Thanks
