Hello Brain,

Thanks for writing in! Can you pease confirm that you are using the latest version of X which is 7.0.4? If that is the case, please deactivate Cornerstone in your plugins section and delete it. Now, go back to X > Validation and wait for a few seconds while Cornerstone plugin is automatically gets re installed. You will see a confirmation message that it has been successfully installed.

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

Hi RueNel,
I am running the latest, but before i do that let me run something by you. This client had another firm create this site, they are no longer affiliated with that firm. However that firm has control over the license, should i purchase another license and Revoke Validation…then apply the new licences to it. This way they have full control over the license?

Hello Brian,

Thank you for the clarification. Well, if that is the case, most probably they have reassigned the license code to another site. This will give you problems later on. Yes, you are right. It is much better that you purchase a new license. You can revoke and revalidate the theme using the newly purchased license instead. This will give you full control over the license.

Hope this helps.
