Fatal error: Cannot redeclare x_shortcode_audio_embed()

My site has a fatal error. I tried removing plugins and themes and she will not start. Any ideas on how to get me back online? I have put debug to true in config and get this message:

If I rename htdocs/T315i/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/shortcodes to:
htdocs/T315i/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/shortcodes_

It loads - odd. I guess something updated and now things are not in harmony?

Hi @geoffj,

It looks like this file might have been duplicated somehow:

wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/shortcodes/audio-embed.php

On your site the issue is coming from a file with a 2 at the end of the filename. I would recommend fully deleting Pro and reinstalling from the latest version. This should ensure all the files are the correct versions.
