FASTEST way to get completely up to speed on X

Hi - I purchased X back in 2017. I have pro (upgraded somewhere along the way).
I have never used it - didn’t have the time to do what I initially set out to do.

FINALLY - I have the time. It’s been over 4 years - and a lot has changed / been added - and looking around I feel swamped - don’t know where to begin - thus my question:

If you had to get someone up and running and fluent in X as quickly as possible so that they could create a simple website - how would you do it? What resources would you point them to? What is the fastest way to become as fluent as possible in using X?
