I noticed on other page CS loads fine.
What you mean by tried to fix it manually? Seems like the page was changed outside of Cornerstone, in this case is not possible to recover the page unless you have a full backup of your website to restore prior to changing the content outside of Cornerstone.

Thanks for updating in! Error 403 could mean several things. In most cases, this is related to security. Please contact your hosting provider and see if they can disable the security or exclude that URL and all requests (all payload related to that URL ) from your security rules.
