Failed to Save after latest update

Hi,

I just updated Pro, Wordpress and all plugins to their respective latest versions. Now, when trying to edit a page and saving it, I receive a message saying changes couldn’t be saved. Checking the console I see:

There’s a new update for Pro 4.0.8, please update your theme to the latest version. If the issue still persists after updating the theme to the latest version, I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Thank you for the update. I had the same issue and needed to deactivate the All in One SEO plugin to allow me to save the page. Updating the theme has fixed this issue. I can now keep the All in One SEO plugin activated and still save the page.

I’ve updated the theme and have been able to save the pages. Thanks!

Seems like this 4+ release of the theme came out quite buggy :sweat_smile: . Hopefully everything can be fixed over the next days :slight_smile:
