Failed to Install Ethos Business

Hi, I’m a new Pro user and am trying to install Ethos Business but keep getting an error. I’ve tried the following with no luck:

  • Had hosting provider increase PHP max upload file size limit
  • Increased Max execution time
  • Increased PHP Memory Limit
  • Made sure the permalink settings were set to Post Name (they were before installing Pro and still are)

Not sure what else to do. Any help would be much appreciated!

I can confirm there’s an error:
cs.fa34ec9.js:4724 POST /cornerstone-endpoint 500 (Internal Server Error)
Please check in with your hosting provider first. This is a server side issue. Please ask them to ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. Please check this article below:
