Failed to install Agency demo content

Hi,

I try to install Agency demo content on Wordpress 5.3.1 but failed.

“We’re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.”

I bought X theme 3 days ago so it is the latest version. I reinstalled the X theme and I disabled all plugins except Cornerstone but still the same problem.

I tried all demo sites in Design Cloud and found that Demo App, Gym and Agency failed to finish importing, and the other demos can be installed successfully.

But I really need Agency demo and I’m in a hurry, please help me.

Hi Kangyue,

Thank you for writing in, it seems your X theme is installed wrongly, notice in the secure note below, your x theme directory is /wp-content/themes/x/x/ you have a nested the x folder. It should be just /wp-content/themes/x/

Please navigate to your FTP or cPanel File Manager and moved the x folder directly inside the /themes/ folder.

And don’t forget to install the Revolution Slider extensions under X > Validation before you import the demo, so the slider on the demo will be included.

I did what you said and now I successfully installed the demo I needed, thank you very much.

But there is still a problem, when I installing Slider Revolution, it says Error encountered. Where am I doing wrong again?

I have logged and I immediately installed the Slider Revolution plugin. I did not encounter any issues at all. The plugin is installed and active already.
