Fading when page content scrolls into viewport

Hello. Is there a way to delay the fade animation until a section has been scrolled into the viewing area?

Thank you. Will the animation only occur when the column loads into the viewport or will the duration activate as soon as the page loads?

Hi There,

The animation will start when the section comes to the view port area, and it will not happen again till the page load again.
