Fade in effect for text and images

Hi,

I am working on the website: https://calamiaresort.com/host-your-retreat-new/

I want to fade in text and images as the users scroll down, but cant find the setting anywhere.
I clicked on the object, and pressed colums to find the fade in effect there. But there is nowhere I can find the setting.

Hello Maria,

Thanks for writing in! The new section, row and column elements does not have the fade in animations effect. It was only available in the classic column settings. For more in-depth explanation, please check out this thread:
