I’m using X theme and am hosted with ThemeCo.
After an update caused the site to crash and the ThemeCo backup system errored out when I tried to restore the site, I was able to get the site back up manually, but all of my “fade” effects, dropdown menus, sliders and basically anything that has movement (FAQ accordions) no longer work.
Anything with a fade effect simply doesn’t show up on the page (although I can see them in Cornerstone).
This has also affected all internal/Dashboard functionality, too. For example, I can’t access product dropdown menus, can’t open certain internal editors, etc… I’m hurting pretty badly here!
I’m guessing that some js elements on the site are messed up?
I’ve flushed the cache and I don’t use any “flare” services.
I’ll try and post private access info in another message. Any help would be appreciated.
