sorry I couldn’t find the proper answer by searching so I need to ask here:

When using Cornerstone, where can I set a Fade-In effect for my content? I really can’t find it.

Thanks for asking.

Please make sure that you have activated advanced mode under X > Settings > Permissions > User Preference > Advanced Mode and select Always On.

After that please inspect the Section > Column > Setup > Fade In Effect and toggle On. Here’s a screencast that you can take a look.
