Fade Background on Scroll

Hi, I was wondering how I could fade the upper layer background off as I scroll down the page.

Like in this example here. (First couple of sections, fade from Black to image)

Regretfully those options are not available in the theme. You need custom development for that which is out of our theme support scope.
We would encourage you to please contact a Javascript Developer to help you on this.
You can also try column animation for effects.
