I am facing an issue with the theme. The text animation is not loading correctly, as shown in the screenshot below:

Please let me know why the animation is not loading properly and how this can be fixed.

Thanks for writing in! Could you please set the “Behavior” to “In-Out”? If this does not work for you, we would be happy to double-check your site if we can log in. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
