Facebook Messenger Customer Chat not appearing in the website

Hello,

We have used “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin for Products and Facebook Messenger Customer Chat at our website. Earlier Messenger Customer Chat was appearing in the website and was working nicely. But before few days or a month (actually we don’t remember when) the Messenger Customer Chat disappeared from the website. It is not appearing now. SO please guide us to fix the issue.

Thank you for writing in, please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I see that your site is under Cloudflare, please purge Cloudflare’s cache and if possible put it on Development mode for a while.

We have tried as per your suggestion, but it did not helped us. I have deactivated all plugins except “Facebook Comments”, “Facebook for WooCommerce” and “WooCommerce”.

We have also purge Cloudflare’s cache and also placed it on Development mode.

Even tough of this there is no Facebook Messenger Customer Chat at our website.

Is the Facebook Messenger Customer Chat coming from a plugin? There may be some changes made by the plugin creators. Please contact them and let them know about this issue. They might have an idea why this is happening in your site.

True, Facebook Messenger Customer Chat is coming from a plugin named “Facebook for WooCommerce”. We have products sync to the Facebook via this plugin (This function is working properly). But there is no Facebook Messenger Customer Chat at our website via the same plugin which was appearing early. Before few days or a month ago (actually we don’t remember when) the Messenger Customer Chat disappeared from the website. It is not appearing now. If you or your colleague can find anything about then please let us know.

We did not get response from the plugin creator. We have asked about the issue at the plugin’s support. We waited for more than 4 days but no response. So we used another plugin named “Messenger Customer Chat” from the same developer. It is working (we have customer chat via this plugin at our website). Though we are still looking for the same plugin “Facebook for WooCommerce” to get customer chat as it hold two feature “Product sync” and “customer chat”. So hoping if any one among you know about the issue and a way to solve it.
