Facebook Custom Event not firing when code's in JS section

I have the facebook tracking pixel code installed site-wide on my site.

I added the specific code for a custom event to fire on a specific page. I added it in the JS section of the Pro/cornerstone editor for that page.

When I load the page, the facebook pixel checker can see the code, but it’s not firing, so it doesn’t register.

Any ideas?
