Maybe I am just missing something but it appears the documentation for the Facebook Comments plugin is out of date. I could not follow your instructions in the facebook developer website. Let me know if I am just missing something.

Facebook’s interface got different but the process is the same. Go to the FB developer’s URL as stated in our documentation and click on My App and the rest is the same if not slightly different.
