Facebook Comments - Inconsistent Results

I have followed all of the instructions in the knowledge base tutorial. I have made sure to allow comments on individual post, as well as a default setting. The results are inconsistent. I have been promoting our blog post by publishing on Facebook and other social media sites. If I click through the link on Facebook I see all of the comments just fine. If I click on the link to the blog from our website there are no comments: the count is zero.

As an example, from our website here is the latest post, Hope Born, https://asherfamily.org/2017/12/hope-born/

Then click on the link through Facebook Page, I have pinned it to the top https://www.facebook.com/asherfamily.org/

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in.

I found out some https issue in your site URL. The facebook post you have suggested going to a non HTTPS URL and you have given a HHTPS URL here. When browsing your site through non hhtps url the coment is fine.

Please make sure you update your site URL in Dashboard -> Settings -> General Setting. If you have a SSL certificate for your site please configure it properly. You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/ this plugin too.
If you don’t have a SSL certificate please remove HTTPS from your URL.

Thanks! That was fairly elusive. I was unable to duplicate as it kept resolving to the HTTPS URL, which I would expect to to have done. However, as you pointed out, I never updated my settings after receiving my SSL certificate. After updating the settings I can now post and view comments on the site and Facebook. It does look like previous comments are now lost - no concerns there.
