I have installed the Facebook Comments add-on for X Pro. However comments are not showing up. I have tried disabling other plugins and clearing the cache a number of times.

Thanks for writing in! Could you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the plugin? The current version is 2.0. I would highly recommend that you deactivate Facebook Comments and delete it completely. Please go back to Pro > Overview and reinstall the latest version
