At some point, I installed a Facebook Chat feature. I want to uninstall, but I cannot find it. It is not a plugin, and so must to some code added by instruction. However, I cannot find it. Help, please?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your setup and I believe it’s the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin which is adding the chat feature. Please disable this plugin to remove the chat feature.
