This issue is most likely due to my lack of knowledge around flexbox. but there seems to be a weird space (i made it gray so it was easy to see) at the bottom of my video header. The space goes away as the browser width gets smaller… The video is a background as i am using a container to load a slideshow above it.

The issue is caused by your slider. Please edit your slider and change the layout to ‘auto’.
Instead of adding the video as a background video of the bar, since you are using a slider, add the video as a background video so that as the slider resizes, the video will resize perfectly as well. To learn more how you can insert a background video in your slider, please check this out:
