External SCRIPT error on a page

Hallo

A page of my site:

hosts an external script (from eurococ.eu)

The script, probably due to an incompatibility with the PRO theme, does no more work properly

The switch between the 3 TABS indicated by the red arrows does not work:

If I Login into Wordpress as an administrator, everything works fine.
But if I Logout and browse as a guest, the script starts giving that problem again.

Any idea?

I checked your site it seems that the given page URL tab is working fine on my end. It might be the issue with the browser cache I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

Actually in your video everything seems to work perfectly.

Instead, in my tests, both clearing the cache, both as a guest and incognito, the problem still persists.
I’ve tried asking other users as well and they all tell me they have the problem.

I am another staff checking the page and I do not encounter the issue as well. One thing I would say is that if this script is hosted from another site, you may be experiencing CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) issue. you might to check this out:

Hey Daniele,

If the script is working when logging in as admin then not working when logging out. This issue has something to do with the cache, please clear any cache associated with your website.
