hi guys these clients have a live stream hosted externally but when i try to link to it it does not work and it happens because the link contains a # character
if you look here https://www.tso.com.au/events/jones-verhelst-mozart/
and try the buy now button it does nothing even though the link is in the html.
The link does work if you right click and choose open in new tab
can you help with this?

I see the issue on your site. However, I tested the URL with the # in my test site and it works. This means that the latest version of Pro does not have this issue.
