Extended demo images not loading

Hi,

I have been using X theme for several years now and have never had issues loading demo content like I have recently! I have gone through the forums and see that a lot of people are having the same issues. I have worked with my hosting service and have managed to get the Non-Profit extended demo installed, but the images are not loading. I really just need to see them to check on sizes for my original images. I have no intention of using your images but don’t understand why they are not loading as they always have in the past… I have spent the past two days trying to get the theme loaded which is setting me way behind on actually building out my websites.

This is a fresh install, with no additional plugins loaded so no conflict there.
I have adjusted my max file upload size in the child theme functions.php
I have adjusted my memory limits to 256/512 mb.

Why are the extended demo images not loading?

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your server configurations and everything seems to be fine except you need to check your firewall settings and make sure that you don’t have any restrictions applied there.

Since you’re on a fresh installation, I would suggest you to use this plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-wp-reset/) to reset your WordPress database and start over.

Once you reset your WordPress database, head over to Settings -> Permalinks area, select the option Postname and save the changes. This will regenerate your .htaccess file.

Then re-validate your site and re-generate non profit demo content and see if that works.
