Extend delay

I’m playing with the delay and using scroll but both my headlines are in the same area and are visible on page load, I would like the second to load about the time that the 1st lands.

Are you able to help me wit this please?

There’s no available option in our theme to delay the headlines. If you would to have a delay effects in your headline then it needs some customizations. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.
