Thanks for asking.

I checked the import and export function wherein I exported header and then imported the same to test the functionality and header shows up fine. Please make sure that the header was created properly and that if you used come custom codes in the same, make sure to check for closing brackets, syntax etc.

In case problem is still there, can you please share header template file using file sharing services like Dropbox for us to take a closer look?
