Expanded Demos Fails to Import

I have installed a fresh version of X with a new license. I can import the “Standard Demos”, such as Integrity 1. However, when I attempt to import an “Expanded Demo” (App, specifically), it instantly fails.

We are hosting with SiteGround and running their recommended PHP v7.1.

Any advice or help would be appreciated. :slight_smile:

Update: When noticed that when looking at network responses, we get “Invalid demo Name” as a response from the X server, but only for Expanded Demos.

Thanks for writing in!

As there are multiple licences on your account, it’s a bit difficult for me to take a look at the setup to see the reason why Expanded demo is not importing.
