When I hit exit to dashboard in cornerstone it exits to a wordpress editor rather than the dashboard

Thank you for writing in, can you check your site’s WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) under Settings, if its set to https, if not, please do my suggestion here to use Better Search Replace plugin.

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating.
