Excluding a specific term in a looper

I’m currently using the All Terms looper provider to pull in a list of custom categories. I want to pull in my top level terms only, but it is including subcategories. Is there a way to specify which terms get pulled in, or to exclude specific terms?

Hello Sheri,

Thanks for writing in! You will need to use the Looper Provider Custom and have a PHP function that returns just the parents categories only. Perhaps this old thread can help you:
