Hello!

I need help removing a custom post type from the “Exclude post types” in the disqus settings. How do I go about removing a post type in there? It just allows me to click them.

The only way you can remove a post type is if the plugin that generates the post type is deactivated. Which post type do you want to remove? Regretfully it would only be possible to get rid of a post type in the selection with custom development which is beyond the scope of our support. You will have to edit the core files of the Disqus plugin and we do not recommend it.
