Example Robots.txt for WooCommerce Site

I’ve built an eCommerce site using WooCommerce and noticed that categories, vendors etc are being indexed. I wanted to ask if there are any good examples for WooCommerce stores Robots.txt so I an implement to avoid content being crawled in Google or other search engines.

Most SEO plugins will have CPT and Taxonomy settings for appearing in search results. Yoast, for example, will remove items from the sitemap and set a noindex meta tag on the content types you set to not appear in search results.

I second what Michael said, please check out Yoast SEO, it has an option to hide certain taxonomies. More details on the following link.
